Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Olive Pie website at olive-pie.com or the Olive Pie Reader service at arc.olive-pie.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

The Service provides a free 30-day preview of the book "Olive and the Secret of the Pies" for personal, non-commercial use. Access is limited to one device at a time per user.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.

User Accounts

When you register for the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your access link confidential and not share it with others
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share the content in any form

Intellectual Property

All content available through the Service, including but not limited to text, illustrations, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Rob Arnold and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The free preview grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read the content for personal use only. This license expires after 30 days or when your access is terminated, whichever occurs first.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Technical or security reasons

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROB ARNOLD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Forsyth County, North Carolina.
